"Zen in Calligraphy" is part of a series that explores painted calligraphy using ink and mulberry paper. In this piece, a longer text was written repeatedly on top of itself, creating a painterly texture. While the final product may suggest arbitrariness, it is meticulously crafted according to the rules of traditional Chinese calligraphy.

The work was created exclusively with self-ground Chinese ink, allowing for the finest shades of gray to emerge, enhancing its depth and subtlety. This piece exemplifies the meditative and disciplined approach of Zen art.
